Yesterday my class and I made ice-cream. We were in groups. There were three teams, each group had a bowl. Mrs. Tomey cracked four eggs. The egg white went to the first bowl and the egg yolk went to the second bowl. Next we mixed the egg white, then we mixed the egg yolk.
After that the egg white turned fluffy and the egg yolks too. Then we beat the cream that turned thick. Then we mixed all together and put it into a container. Last of all we put it in the freezer for 6 hours. We had a great time making ice-cream. The ice-cream was chocolate chip flavored.
